日前, CCCWA法律顾问 Mr. Alex Cai (华盛顿州执业20多年，具有丰富经验的国际商务律师), 与 Mr. Moses Wan (M Squared Tax PLLC税务咨询公司总裁,西雅图大学兼职税务教授) 在拓宏房地产公司为大家举行了一场专题讲座，解析2018新税法对LLC房地产投资的影响。 
Last week, CCCWA's legal advisor, Mr. Cai from Cai & Associates who has 20 years of legal work experience in international business transactions and Mr. Moses Wan, the CEO of M Squared Tax PLLC/ adjunct tax professor at Seattle University, held a professional seminar at the Create  World (USA) ​office.

蔡律师介绍房地产投资时的持有类型、选择LLC公司投资时的适当管理结构、在成立LLC公司时应关注的实际问题、以及运营协议基本结构。
Mr. Cai discussed how to take titles to investment real estate properties, consideration in choosing proper LLC management structure, practical issues for Chinese investors when forming LLCs,  and basic structure of an operating agreement.

Mr.MosesWan介绍新税法生效后的重大变化，包括对外国人投资美国不动产的影响，选择LLC公司及C-corporation公司利弊以及投资美国不动产的税务申报要求。
Moses provided a high level overview of the tax law changes under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and their impact on foreign real estate investments. He also discussed common holding structures for US real estate investments such as an LLC and a C Corporation and advantages and disadvantages of each structure in light of the new tax laws.  Further, he discussed important US tax filing requirements related to foreign nationals investing in US real estate.
